Welcome to St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School and Pre School. A rural primary school, in a truly wonderful village setting which is at the centre of the community.  

We are extremely proud to be one of the first Net Zero schools in the UK and we are constantly striving to change our daily habits to ensure we have a sustainable school for future generations.

We are a thriving, friendly school, with lots going on. Our most recent SIAMS inspection reported: “Virtuous pastoral care is genuinely supportive of all pupils and adults and their mental health and well-being. Staff tirelessly support one another, the pupils and their families, enabling all to flourish.”

We are proud of our school and the rich range of learning and creative educational experiences we provide. Our staff are dedicated and perform at truly an outstanding level, for all the children. We offer the very best start to a child’s education, aiming to provide our children with opportunities to establish a lifelong love of learning.
