Wrap around care

We provide wrap around breakfast care from 8:00am to 8:30am, and after school care from 3:15pm to 5:00pm.  

Wrap around care is provided by staff at St Andrew's.

Booking
o Parents/Carers are to complete a booking form requesting the days required for after school care for the next half term - paper copies will be available upon request.  Please email admin@st-andrews.gloucs.sch.uk for the booking form.
o Booking form to be completed prior to the school holiday in order to secure sessions for the next half term

o All booked sessions will be charged for regardless of attendance
o Spaces will be guaranteed
o An email confirmation will be sent to parents before the start of the half term confirming spaces
o Parents can choose from the following sessions: 15:15-17:00; 15:15-16:00 or 16:00-17:00, if child is attending a school club
o Changes to booked sessions cannot be made mid-term

Casual bookings
o Adhoc/emergency bookings will be considered on first come, first served basis at an additional charge.
o Parents / Carers to email admin@st-andrews.gloucs.sch.uk or telephone / message 01285 720427 by 12.30pm on the day.

o These sessions cannot be guaranteed

PLEASE NOTE:
All children need to be collected by 17:00 due to stipulated planning regulations at School house.
